MA (Former Employee) says

"They sell you that it is a great opportunity for growth but there is no growth. Raises are cheap. Very micromanaged. Management is horrible and are given to people who do not know how to be a manager. Favoritism is very popular as well as gossiping. Place is a joke. Consider working elsewhere.NoneManagement and benefits are horrible. Too many meetings that do not even make a difference."

Former employee (Former Employee) says

"I have worked there for 4 years. I was looking to advance my career and move up. Was told it's a great company to move up and great opportunity. Nope lies just like a used car salesman they tell you what they want you to hear. To move up you have to suck up and play politics. You end up doing two or three people jobs to pick up the slack. While they get paid double what you do. It all about being lazy and two face to move up. Going to a GM of AGM is pointless because they do absolutely nothing to fix the issues. Going to meetings and discussing anything is pointless also. As a whole this was the worst experience in a job I ever had."

Nursing assistant (Former Employee) says

"If company only cares about money is no longer about providing care they think about the almighty dollar so they forget about a residents and their employees in the director of nursing hide and cover up things for nurses thatThey have a way with wordsYou'll see that true nature once you work there"

Personal Care Worker (Former Employee) says

"They don't care about the resadints or employees all this company cares about is money from the resadints not about the care or the people providing it"

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) says

"Short staffed always mostly total care patients . The one thing I hated most about this place was how the Director of Nursing talked to staff totally out of pocket all the time. Just a total lack of respect for Nursing Staff in general. She was one of the main reasons I quit. I would never ever work there again."

I.T. Site Manager (Former Employee) says

"Erickson treated anyone that was not management as slaves. I was in management and I did not at all enjoy how the company was treating their staff. I was also made to travel long distance to cover my peers and then had to return to a pile of work back at my location. Just a very negative work environment IMO.Your candor about your work experience is helpful. It's disappointing to learn that the high ideals we set in terms of creating an impactful employee experience did not meet your expectations at this specific community. Your feedback will be shared with the leaders at this specific community."

Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Wish what they say in writing was true... residents are wonderful people .... management is far worse then anyone can imagine.... your basically Treated with such disrespect it’s unbelievable... they set u up to fail when there threatened by ur performance... worked there over a year as a dining supervisor, worked very hard every single day doing my job and co workers as well. I wasn’t in the click ... it’s a shame such a large company employees such brutal managers... it’s there loss for I found my new home immediately after I left the building. Omg what a difference! I’m with humans again. Princeton , Tinton falls Nj you are a horrible place to work! When the dining management changes so will ur rating.... by the way I’m not bitter, I’m better and thank you for letting me go...NothingEverythingYour candor about your recent experience in Dining Services is appreciated. It's disappointing to learn that your tenure didn't live up to the high ideals and values of respect and caring we set forth throughout our Erickson Living organization. Your feedback will be shared with the appropriate community and corporate leaders for follow-up."

Former medical assistant (Former Employee) says

"Don’t go to this place. working for the medical center was a nightmare. The office manager lacks skills and knowledge on leading people. She is clueless, disrespectful, harassing, arrogant and nasty. She has no education but put to manage doctors. She enjoys spying and harassing people all day long. If you speak up you will get written up and pushed out. Going to HR is waste of time b/c they are is fake. They whole system is corrupted. They cover up each other."

LPN (Former Employee) says

"Place has director of nursing that doesn’t care about residents! Treats staff unfair unless likes them! Nursing assistants run the place gossip lie and tell nurses what to do! Watch tv all evening!!!Bad managementBad management"

Director (Current Employee) says

"Erickson claims to have a valued based culture and ethics and that is the complete opposite of what they company is. I have never worked with such a political, backstabbing group of people in my career. People will fight to get into a project, not do any work and once successful claim it. Promotion decisions are made by a select group and pre-determined before the job is posted. If that person cannot handle the job, you are told to help them along but that you were not qualified. I have heard senior leaders laugh as they eliminate departments. I have heard senior leaders make fun of people appearance. I have heard them tell people to buy new clothes for a meeting to their preference. This is not a good place to work and these are not good people.Senior leaders"

Communications Specialist (Former Employee) says

"Erickson is the most mismanaged company I ever worked for. The employees are so run down and unhappy that a culture of stab one in the back before they stab you has developed. Rarely does anyone smile and if they do, its because they've been told to do so. There is no communication between departments and often within. The residents are caring and considerate but the employees are miserable. Work is often dumped on the department with the weakest manager. If you are lucky enough to have a family member working there, you are guaranteed a position and if you don't like that one, you can always transfer to another department and another. But the worst part is all the procedures (phone calls to management) you need to follow when the State comes to inspect the premises. If you're looking for a happy place to work, try someplace else.ResidentsPoor management"

Medical Office Assistant (Current Employee) says

"Horrible place to work for. They tolerate racism, sexual harresment and bulling. The raises are an insult for all the work that you do. Residents are always right even when screaming in your face or running into you with a walker(on purpose). The medical center is treated as an emergency room ONLY on snow days. Don’t you dare be a minute late because it’s a write up, oh wait everything is a write up! Let’s talk about the parking! Don’t forget that green sticker, they stalk you at the gate for that sticker. And Be sure to park in the T spots or security will harass you, they don’t care that the snow is a foot and you have to walk across campus to your building. Almost all departments require you to do more than one job for little pay. STAY AWAY FROM ERICKSON LIVING!Health insuranceEvery fthing! It's disappointing to learn that your current work experience is not living up to the high ideals and standards we set across all our Erickson Living communities. Our values of respect and caring are at the forefront in both our residents' and employee interactions and we work everyday to make sure we strive to those ideals. An Erickson Care Line resource is available to all employees to share specific concerns and your comments will be referred for follow-up as well."

Customer Service Associate (Former Employee) says

"Extremely low pay and tiny raises. Avoid! Stressed out work force that can not afford to live in the area. Management doesn’t trust employees and doesn’t know how to manage. Corporate sucks off the profits and the employees in the non-profit section get paid tiny pitiful wages.Healthcare reasonably pricedTerrible pay benefits time off culture and managementThank you for sharing your recent employment experience, and it's disappointing that the high ideals we set for ourselves as an employer did not meet your expectations. One of our highest values here at Erickson Living is respect and caring, so we will share your feedback with the leaders of this community for further reflection and action, including the topic of pay and wages.."

Waiter (Former Employee) says

"this place sucks dont work here. everything about money. they dont care about anyone but them self !! everything is fake over here. dont work here. okayleave earlyfake people"

Certified Nursing Assistant (Current Employee) says

"This place with literally suck you in, suck the life out of you and spit you out with nothing! They don't care about you, the residents, the families, nothing!! Huge turn over. It’s great for someone looking to gain experience though because they hire any and everybody. State is always there!!!! Low pay for the work load. Only 20 to 30 cent raises after a year. The benefits are really high, unless you're a nurse it's affordable. Too much drama,'s like H.S. all over again. Management is HORRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND JUST PLAIN USELESS. They claim to be one big family here, well if this place is an example of how family treats you, well, BEWARE. Management are all idiots. DO NOT WORK HERE OR BRING YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO LIVE HERE. Wouldn't recommend working there. terrible work environment. Place only god to make a quick buck. did not enjoy working here at all...Lots of drama and 2 faced Management if you love thatEverythingThank you for sharing your observations at this community, which are matters that our company takes very seriously. Nothing is more important than the care of our residents and staff. This matter will be referred for further review."

Front Desk Receptionist (Former Employee) says

"This cooperation is the worst! The pay is 💩 for all the work they want you to do because no one ever lasts! DO NOT work here !!! You get your bonus from the residents because the company is too cheap for them to give a bonus! They let the residents treat employees how they want so they can continue to rip them off by living there !! Worst place ever !!!!Some of the residents were very sweetEverything"

Employee (Former Employee) says

"Fox Run is by far the worst place I have ever worked. Make sure you're good at playing games and in-house politics, because you'll find plenty of both in pretty much every department. Also, you'd better make sure you are completely on point for your interview, because if not those who have interviewed you (both department managers & mid-level supervisors) will talk about you (and laugh about you) to anyone and everyone in the department. We appreciate your candor in sharing your experience at one of our Erickson Living communities, and are sorry that this did not live up to the high expectations we set for ourselves. We know it's so important that the service ideals we strive to meet every day for our residents must be the same standard as what our employees experience. Your comments will be referred to the leadership at this community for follow-up."

HR Recruiter (TEMP) says

"The company is extremely unorganized and leadership needs to take responsibility for their role so that all employees have the opportunity to succeed."

CNA/Caregiver (Former Employee) says

"Don’t be fooled by the well managed lawns, fine dining and other distractions. The Aides on the 1st floor nursing unit are lazy incompetent rude mean.A free for all. All the aides do are hide and eat left oversThank you for taking the time to provide your comments and feedback. We are sorry to hear that your work experience did not live up to the high standards we set for ourselves across our company. Your specific feedback will be shared with the leaders at this community for their follow-up and action."

Host (Former Employee) says

"A typical work day consits of greeting and seating the residance, with ocassionaly helping serve food. The management was terrible and it was run mostly like a high school.Networking oppertunitiesThe Job was overral terribleSorry to hear that your employment experience did not meet your expectations during your tenure. We work diligently to seek feedback and continually improve in how we care for employees; it would be our hope that you sought out your human resources partners to share your concerns during your time with us and they were responsive to your feedback."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Please fee to reach out to me directly in confidence, I would like to understand more about your experiences with leadership, Senior Director of Human Capital"

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Management in Central Point has completely unrealistic expectations of their employees. Combine this with completely disconnected management in Portland, layoffs, and bankruptcy and you have a very bad situation. I have seen many of my friends laid off and then have to pick up their work. On top of that management imposes very aggressive schedules that are completely unrealistic."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Sadly there has been no positive traction as a Prime Contractor on any Significant Work in the last 5 Years. Agencies in which Evergreen dominated were the UN, WFP, USAID, & DOD. Unfortunately, Erickson has just recently began to review and restructure the organization to meet the aviation demands. However, Erickson continues to struggle with meeting operational demands of clients. These significant signs are reflected in both turnover of the Director-Level & C-Suite Employees (CEO, Directors of Safety, Sales, and others Replaced ~6mos ago) over the last year and the Down-Trending Stock Price.."

"Senior management is short on talent and vision. Pay equity doesn't exist. Directors make six figures while the employees who hold the company together struggle."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"ZERO FOCUS ON SAFETY. This comes from the CEO on down thru the Senior Leadership team. On paper, it's stated that "Safety is our first priority" however, this really should be bidding and winning contracts. Portland has no idea who their customers are, what they want, what they expect and how to get results safely. Hiring more Sr Directors to Business Development and Sales staff but double and triple job roles/responsibilities to everyone else. Too much overhead for a company that wants to be world-class."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Lousy culture (especially in the Portland office), constant change, lack of direction, layoffs"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Where to start? Dishonest and incompetent management team, open disdain for employees (especially employees in Southern Oregon, who are regularly referred to as "hicks"), a nasty and gossipy office culture (complete with plenty of racist remarks), a fear-and-loathing approach to technology backed up with understaffed and undertrained IT, a pathological focus on stock price instead of mission, vision, values, and strategy...."

Former Employee - Mechanic Rotor Shop says

"New employees treated like dirt, no respect for divercity. They know you are stuck there once you are hired, there is no other major emploer in centeral point, Or."

"sr mgt team doesn't get it. their pay seems more important than employees. Communication to Central Point is haphazard or seems "filtered" - this is part of the really low morale in the ranks. culture has changed down with recent direction and try to be public. lots of turnover at Portland office. recently benefits keep getting cut. lots of spending for "show" not getting the job done"

A&P says

"very unstable company, poor to no communication. "Good ole boy" work place. harsh people and work environment. parts take for ever to get if at all without robbing from another aircraft. stopped raises, bonus etc. horrible" is a non-profit organization and communications forum for social activism.
